so it's basically just spamming work orders? If I do just photostudio is that fine or does it need to be variety? I can rep 1 with marketing specialist but after that any other specialist leads to sanctions.

sanctions thresholds will be reworked. It is average of marketing score from publishing, websites, camshow, company then based on rep level. A finance pa will show this in marketing ui.

Well sorry to keep leaning on you for this stuff but how long roughly does it take? I guess I should open the company and do photoshoots now? (I have 40k saved up) as long as I dont start camshows and open a network I should be able to stay green.
Also what determines camshow quality? is it amount of streamers? their levels?

iirc currently rep is calculated weekly, but that might be changed to monthly as part of sanctions rework
You can do those, just dont assign any marketing specialist in the marketing section, so that the score remains low, resulting in a lower average, which hopefully keeps rivals from being annoyed.

Without buying the first office building and open a company you will be hardly breach through the 1 star reputation, so it's advised to open it as possible as you can afford. After that you need income to upkeep so you should do something for it, practically put girls on camshow. With your company behind more work orders appears, like the 'models required' types, but you don't need a photostudio to do this works. But without advertising what you do your progress will be deadly slow. For me to reach this point takes 9 month, so I started my company at september. This is the time when rival pornstars contracts starting to expire and falling in the freelancer pool. So this is great opportunity to harvest a lot of money with putting them instantly on camshows. Camgirls quality and fame, and your advertising determine they income what can earn. But already famous pornstars earn a lot more on camming (more than you can earn any activity in this point), so they provide a high kickstart in this way. You should check recently the freelancers pool if you hasn't afford to get a pa to 'your right hand' position.
IMO it's a good strategy to wait this contract expired pornstars appearing, what is starting roughly in september (in 9th month) and go through the year (to the end of 12th month). (Because the rivals cannot sign contracts longer than 12 months either). If you has enough money try tap them with a short range non-porn contract to stay longer (it's worth it). If you settled all things above you could start chasing specgirls to go in to your business too.
Also don't bother too much that bar (camshow quality), I think it's impossible to reach 100%, maybe it's required pure lvl10 girls to achieve. (my bar never goes upper than 75-80%)

Why not have some body parts give debuffs and some bonuses and some be neutral? Or, in general, all beauty can be calculated by the sum of points of body parts. but to avoid turning everyone into the same dolls. create a new parameter. potential of plastic surgery. more than which operations cannot be performed. I hope the idea is feasible and you like it

Does them being at "hardcore" not matter because they're so famous? I will be sure to try and add them in if not. I had the photostudio so I could get a few photo contracts and also make my girls famous for the camshows, is that the wrong way to do it? All my new girls go there so they can get fame and bc photostudio pays well in contracts.
By the way, is the shooting penalty off in the new dev version? I don't see a penalty even when I left it on.
It isn't wrong way (and it will be the logical way from the depravity ladder/carrier progression) just not practical at beginning because don't bring any or enough money. Photo contract are IMO a littlebit hard compared with the others and the photostudio isn't an advertiseable/boostable instrument and still require good equipment and staff to work as intended and give a considerable fame and fan gain to your photomodels (also doing photoshoot contracts below good overall quality brings rep penalty and reduced payout! so think twice before accept). Later when you rich and money floating in your pocket and you can upkeep this area laughly it isn't matter. Practically I hire girls with solo willingness to do at least solo shoots (in this way they start with 15 depravity) and put them camming where they also gain fame, because the strong focus on marketing and advertisement meanwhile earn some income. I put girls in the photostudio only if they looks perfect, but they 'likes' bars is zero to do anything else or isn't have enough depravity (some of rival pornstars has 0 depravity).

i've seen this suggested before but i didnt want to complicate things. i mean, i personally like the idea, but i dont know about everyone else.
i'll think about it. just need to figure out a system you can mostly skip over(like now) or micro.

I completely agree, the problem is probably that even the single viewer is not 100% consistent. I like petite girls with a nice ass - not caring so much about boobs. Fake boobs are rather distracting. But sometimes I like to watch porn stars with big, natural boobs although they do not have a flat belly or toned figure. Coding this might be a bit tricky...It is more realistic that not everyone like fake boobs.Though the mechanism may be complex to run
So I guess the only doable way is to go by the stats and assume that having the surgery will improve them. Fo everything else, the tags are an efficient way (small / big breasts) and maybe add one tag for fake / natural boobs.
